Lindon Beach

By the time it was over I was wishing I had rode. It looked sketchy with the storm rolling in and like only a small window of good riding, so I decided to watch and take pictures. By the time it was over I watched for over an hour of other people riding. Glad to see someone getting some anyway, after what at one point had us all skunked and on our way home.

Don't listen to that other thread...the heavy hitters were at lindon. . me, TJ and CS man-ing up on 10m kites. Peter, who launched first as the front came thru, was on a 7. Jim joined later on a 9m. We launched around 5:20. Pretty white knuckle at times for the first hour, and just really gusty throughout. During any 10 second period, the 10m or the 7m would have been right for about half of it. I was hoping there would be a SW to ride before the switch, but no luck on that. pretty much dead-calm until the front came in. A little rain here and there, saw a nice storm over SSB around 6:15. I was mostly trying to time the gusts for some elevator rides.
