Park City is probably your best bet for riding today with wind in the mid to upper teens. Strawberry will have wind, the only question is coverage. If you can find a sage-free spot, you could get some rides. However, it will not be obstacle-free. I think there is too much of a northerly cant for good riding at PowMow, it will be rideable with hateful wind for the truly desperate. Lake Creek is a great bet if you have 4 wheel drive, tow straps and a winch ;)) Skyline is currently socked in, but if it clears it should have wind, no promises on coverage, but I suspect it will be rideable.

Monday brings high pressure and a wind dearth. PowMow is your best option. Skyline is a maybe on big kites.

Tuesday looks worse for wind.
