No, "4.0" is not a typo. At about 12:30 as ominous clouds advanced up the canyon and a light drizzle began to fall, a gusty wind sprang up. My initial impulse was to rig my 5.0, but the gusts were intimidating enough to convince me to rig my 4.0 instead. The result was moderate slogging punctuated by brief but fully lit rides. After the wind backed off a bit, I did rig the 5.0 and got similar results. Not the best wind ever, but it's always a treat to be able to rig that small at DC.
