DC will probably have a few planable puffs in the 8/16m range up by the dam
around 2

Craig nails it again! As I drove from Midway pass our other DC launches, not much was happening. Got to SSB around 3 and it was looking like decent 8.0 wind. Got on the water about 3:30, had one nice ride, and the wind proceeded to shut down and/or add too much west component.

Had to be better down there than it was at this end - so gusty I wasn't even tempted to give it a try.
