Grant got me stoked to head out to G'ville and we caravaned to the smoky-skied west desert. Mike E. was getting some planers on a 5.8 when we got there a little before 8:00. Looks like it blew earlier than the past few days. Best wind was probably 6:00-8:00. 6.5 got me many rides, but I had to work for a bunch of them, and also put up with a few sloggers. All the same, lots of fun planing with the G'ville bros (minus John Freed). Returned Formula Sailor Josh was ripping out there on his Isonic, rather formula-like, and pulling off some cool downwinders and big fast jibes while covering a lot of territory - cool stuff, racer guy!

I quit at 9:45 and I think it was over by 10:00 for sure. Saw the ash line ring around the bathtub that Ken was talking about -- that's strange indeed. Water dropping and even feeling colder for some reason, but still great temperature.

Love our little pond, but gotta get out there earlier!

We might need to use the UWA funds to buy water shares. (JK)
Then we could demand our shares be used for windsurfing purposes.
I don't think they can drain it any further.

Good to get some time on the water in this dry climate.
Whatever thou art, do well thy part.
