Saturday Deer Creek - October 19th

Postby Josh Shirley » Sat Oct 19, 2013 9:50 pm

Wind line showed up around 2pm at the Island.
Interesting observation - a large flock of seagulls were playing in the pre-wind line updrafts, starting and ending unknown. But seeking similar fun in the wind.

Rigged big - could have rigged bigger.
Enough steady wind to plane around for 3 hours.
Not enough wind to run deep downwind.

Small crowd to enjoy the sun.
