The day started off grey, chilly and windless, but toward the middle of the afternoon the sun broke through, and a breeze started to develop; by about 2:30 it looked to be worth checking out. Promising enough when I first arrived at IB to justify a 6.6, lulled as I finished rigging, then came back up and delivered about 45 minutes of excellent rides. Air temp: 45 Water temp: 52
