Started off too cold and a little up and down but by 9:00 it was off to the races with 23g29. Sails ranged from my 6.0 to Mike’s 4.8. The wind was strong enough on the east side that it was all I could do to hang on. Great screaming reaches on the little race board. Will this season ever get warm (note both skunks came on warm days so maybe I don’t want warm). John, Mike and Steve shared some great wind with me. Missed Saratoga’s heated restroom but Grants is still a gem of a place to sail. It would have been all smiles and high 5’s but we read about Marty right before we quit. We hadn’t sailed together in quite a while but I can remember when he, Vern, and Doug were regulars with the group.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
