Bit of a weird wind pattern at the old Crick today. Started kicking in a little after noon with brief gusts and sudden directional shifts under an overcast sky. And that's how it stayed until the sun broke through, after which it filled in nicely and got a lot stronger - to the point that I was barely able to hang on to my 7.5.
