Breeze beginning early, but very blustery and out of the North - until about 4 PM, when it clocked around to the SW and became quite steady.

Dave,

I just re-read your email and realized that I hadn't answered the question you asked. The water level in DC has now dropped to the point that the Charleston launch is no longer (IMHO) a viable option.
