Jeff P, Todd and I were lit on 10m at first. It built up til I couldn't hold down the edge on the 10.5 Vision anymore. I pumped 6m Religion and Todd went out on the 7m C4 perfectly powered. Jeff P didn't have a smaller kite then 10m. He and I trade off a few session. I did some loops and big floarty air. Some big long gust came thru. The wind started SE and clock to SW later on the day. I could feel Marty kiting with us.

yea he was on my mind the whole time. every time I would go to the far side where the fence was I would think of him, and how he approached the land owner over there to keep us access. Rush will always remind me of him and all things he helped me do. :)))
Good seeing you out there Jake. nice rolls in 10" of water.

Rush Lake report:

The lake is kitebale. There is between 300 to 500 yards to reach depend on the wind direction. A lot of room in the upwind and down area. The depht is between 3" on the shoreline to 24" in deepest area. The avg depht is about 10" what Todd said. The bottom is really soft. No issue hitting the bottom after jumping by the shoreline. The alge hasn't taking over the lake yet. We still got about 4 weeks before it takes over.

It's doable to windsurf on the lake with a 6 inch fin but the reach will be short like 200 to 300 yards. It's worth going out there on a nuking day (4m Sail or smaller) when the water rise up another 3 to 5 inches.

I hope to see you guys our there soon.
