The wind started building at about 11 and by noon was gusting into the low 20s. It came and went a bit (as it almost always does at DC) but when it was on, it was quite good. Lots of planing rides with the 7M. Others enjoying the session were George (6.5 or 7.5, I'm not sure which) and Judy on a 5. Good turnout of kiters at BWB. Quite a bit of boat chop, but some fairly clean swells on the far side.
