Got there at 12:30 to unusually filled in conditions for Sulfur that early. Pete was already rigging his 6.5. I started with 7.0/115L then went to the 86L board as it got stronger. Conditions were great from the start. I finally conceded and went in for the 6.0 as Patrick showed up and rigged his 5.2. Wild, gusty rides continued until I pulled off at 4:00. Too bad I had to get back to a meeting as Patrick and Pete were still getting rides when I left. I am glad I didn’t push the time as I-80 was closed and had to use the old highway. Temps only reached the low 60’s matching the turning leaves on Parleys. Finally ditched the summer suit and the steamer took its toll on my carpal tunnel wrists. Great afternoon.

Sailing both the Gorge and Utah on my 8'2" HiTech and my 3 Starboards; Sonic 85L, S-Type 115L, and Carve 135L. Small quiver is Northwave, larger sails are Ezzy and Sailworks. Often in my white Odyssey but also in my wife's motor home.
