At least 3 kites up at BWB.

Turns out the new Jersey barriers at Charleston Bridge (or Bay) launch were installed as part of the response to the discovery of quagga mussels in DC.

And BTW, π is 3.14159....., i.e. 3.1416 when rounded to 5 significant digits. So "π day" isn't until next year.
