Headed to Grants on a "hope and a prayer"... and believe it or not, a pretty good morning. Ken was rigging his 8.5 when I arrived at about 8:30, I rigged a 7.5. Powered up the entire time from about 8:45 to 10:45. Just maybe could have stepped down a board and/or sail... but figured we better stay on it, while the getting was good. Air temp really warmed up over the morning, water warming up, water level decreasing somewhat (hoping for some real rain this weekend to bump it up). Surprisingly there have been relatively few campers and fisher people this spring. Nice to have the pond to ourselves. And MOST IMPORTANTLY... THE WIND METER IS FIXED! YAHOO!
