Has anyone been to Rush to know if it is ride-able given the water level and fence conditions?

Yes, I kited there last Saturday. Water is probably a foot deep in the middle, not sailable, but okay to kite. Fence is a non-issue as there is not much water south of the fence anyway right now. The fence is located just south of the launch area. I launch a little to the north of the normal launch on a north wind day. The reach is small and getting smaller, but still fun. It should be good through June, but I doubt July is doubtful. NO moss yet, but it can't be far off with warmer temps. Still not a total mud hole, but it is good to bring some water to rinse off and some insect repellent as the mosquitos are bad.
