7-27, dcib,5.7,100l maxed out

arrived at 9:30 (early for dc) to see southwick coming in with his 7.0 to rig down, it was blowing like hell, he said he was going to a 6.0 but opted for a 5.0 so I went for the 5.7 and a 131l board because of the major holes but after many reaches overpowered and tail walks, decided to tighten the rig and drop down to the 100l board , much better but still wild gusts that blow me out of the water, nice to get some high wind but crazy conditions.
judy was on her 4.5 and smart was on his 5.7 --- wow what a day!!!!!!
