Another surprisingly windy Grantsville morning. The High was a little too SW of us and I figured it would be only moderate winds, up and down, and gone before 10:00. Took the 4.7/4.2 out of the car and made sure the 8.5 was in. It was not as smooth as normal due to some clouds but the windlines were much stronger than I expected, showing gusts to 25-26 on the meter. Mike A used his 6.2/131L combo and I went with the 7.0/115L rig. By the 3rd trip across I was already hitting reaches where I was totally maxed out and I was still catching some great rides when I had to start derigging at 10:30. Sweet morning.
