Planable puffs at DC in the 9/18M range is probably your best bet today around Noon, it could last
late into the Afternoon, but it won't be very strong under mostly cloudy skies with sun breaks and
air temps that hover around 60 degrees. A similar circumstance at Rush where I think 16M kites will be
workable (if you don't mind mud) from about 2 until 6 from the North.

Tomorrow, better potential for PM 8/16 at DC with sunnier and warmer air. A good chance for
a Lowe Effect 14M kite day at Pineview also for a couple of afternoon hours.

Thursday looks like a beauty day at DC with planable wind and air temps that don't make you go
brrrrrrrrrrrr.
