Looked as though yesterday was going to be a write off as far as sailing was concerned; random gusts from all directions around 1, then nothing, then, beginning at about 1:30, the wind started building out of the SW, and by 3 looked strong enough and steady enough to justify rigging. Decent conditions until about 4:30 when a dark cloud advanced up the canyon bring gusts as high as 38 (I was very glad to be off the lake when that one hit!)
