10/17 Craig's Rain, Cold, and Early Wind

It's raining at DC right now , and it is cold up there, but there is a fair amount of
SW 5/10 wind that will probably last until about 10AM. Sounds dangerous to me.
Rainy cold NW winds at UL in the 5/10M range from now until about 2PM. Air temps
barely make low 60s by 3Pm when the wind dies off. Snow and 4M sail conditions at Sulfur
until 2PM if you had a space suit to deal with air temps in the 30s.

Tomorrow, Cool North wind at UL is your best bet. Look for 5/10M conditions late afternoon through
early evening with passing sun and clouds and air temps that barely make low 50s. Sulfur Creek with
brutal cold 7M sail conditions with air temps in the 40s PM.

Weds does not look windy anywhere, and still pretty cold.
