The North wind is already up at UL launches, but with a dangerously cold 39 degrees currently, you'd better
have your affairs in order. Look for gusty NW 6/12 M conditions to last most of the day getting steadier
later as it goes more North, but expect a quick die off around 6PM when air temps top out at about 48 degrees.
12 M kites at Rush this afternoon if there's water out there.

Tomorrow, DC looks like the call for cold (but not brutally so) 7.5/14M conditions PM. Air temps might
get as high as 55 degrees.

By Thursday, strong warmer SW winds ramp up through out the area for some gusty planers at Grantsville, DC,
and probably Mona.
