John, Sarah, and I caught some wild 4.7/85L conditions for a nice part of the morning. Peak wind meter readings were 28g35 on the pole which was a handful. Then it went flat a bit and Sarah packed up. It then went SE and John and I hit the water with the 5.2’s and bigger boards and caught some good rides for a SE wind. John left and I caught some more rides on the 5.2. By 2:00 it was switching more south but just didn’t have enough punch for the 5.2 and I packed up. Great to be on the 4.7’s and 5.2’s 2 days in a row. The shore is hardly a walk from the cars. No fishermen all day which is really odd. Only one camper when I left (and sunny and near 70 degrees!).
