4/9 Craig's Where to Freeze

Really not that windy today at liquid water locations. Maybe get a little North 8/16 at UL launches
around Noon (Rush might be more like 12M Kites if there's water ) but you will have to walk through
snow to get to the water. It's cold and I'm going skiing today. Snow Kiting could be good.

Tomorrow, an 8/16 DC thermal PM with air temps in the low 50s in the afternoon under partly cloudy skies.

Tuesday does not look windy anywhere.
