It's Rainy and cold, and there could be occasional erratic planable winds (at Rush),
but this is probably a good day to grab a Mother's Day present instead.
Tomorrow, a slim chance for DC 8/16PM if the clouds and rain clear out, which is
low probability.
Monday yet again more rain and erratic unridable wind.
