The best bet today will be Grantsville for 5/10M conditions until Noon. Clouds and rain roll in around 11
to prompt you off the water as the wind dies there. There will be spotty gusty 7/14 at DC this afternoon,
but I think way to much rain to make any use of that wind.
Tomorrow, rain and no ridable wind.
