PM Kiter material at Rush looks planable with bigger kites. DC
indicators are good this morning, but with the upper atmosphere
still a little Northerly, I'd expect gusts with long lulls up there.
Windsurfers can look for 7.5 material up there from about
noon to 3. It's still very cold, so be careful.

Tomorrow has good potential for all UL launches with pretty strong
North late afternoon early evening.
