Everything is pretty iffy today. Best bet will be the UL North wind launches
in the early evening. Look for the North wind to get down to Saratoga Springs around
5 PM and SSB about 6. It won't be great, but probably some planing
potential. Similar story for Rush, but look for large Kite action in the
late afternoon. DC might blow (it did yesterday), but I think you're talking
chancey gusty 9.5 (sails) up there on a SW wind.

If you only have one day to burn, tomorrow looks better (at Sulfur and
UL).
