Not much wind today. Kiters can still get good rides at Rush PM, but take
a really big Kite and board. Desperate windsurfers might get a few PM rides at Sulfur in the 10M range, or at DC about 3 PM same range.
Tomorrow doesn't look too promising either, maybe a chance for Grantsville AM.
