Kiters to Rush for gusty 15M stuff, with a possible switch to North late day.
PM Windsurfers to DC or Sulfur in the 7.5 range.
Tomorrow stronger South wind especially at Sulfur. Monday looks rainy
but windy. Tuesday looks like some steady North at UL.
