Hey, Flaming Gorge is a pretty good place to go. You can get nice, unobstructed wind in the area north of Manilla.(Buckboard Marina area). The camping is alright but not so scenic. Fontenelle Reseviour up by Kemmere,r Wyoming is a pretty fun place to sail also. I like the east shore just north of the dam. It's a little more scenic and is also close to Big Sandy Reseviour, which can also have good wind. Wyoming this time of year can be kind of cold though. Piute Reseviour in southern Utah is a really nice place too. It's really scenic and there is a lot of cool stuff in that area, plus it will be warmer. Ive had great camping/sailing at all of these places. I hope this helps. Let me know if you want more detailed info.
