Rockport?

The forecast for Thursday and Friday shows a SE wind in the Park City/Heber area. Does anybody know if Rockport would be good in those conditions? Any better or worse than DC or Jordanelle in a SE wind? I was wondering because it's length runs to the SouthEast.

I've never seen Rockport blow planable conditions on anything but a prevailing West wind. But a thunderhead in the right place can always
stir up some wind there.

If you go let us know what happened. I can always use more data points.

i'm going to be up at rockport this weekend helping my little sister launch her hobie cat (she's 17- how bad ass is that she bought a sailboat?). where is a good place to launch up there? i haven't even been out with my kite yet, and am just hoping to do some body dragging up there if its blowing. can anybody point me in a good direction for a nice launch? i would assume that i will be traveling mostly downwind, unless the wind is really blowing and i figure out how to drag upwind quickly.

thanks...
