Sulfur still the best bet for PM 6.5/5.5. DC has a chance for some huge
gear rides (like 10M sails) around 3 PM. Kiters might get a chance
for some 17M action at UL North launches late afternoon (like the
Provo Boat Harbor). Better take a huge plank too.

Tomorrow looks similar with better potential for Kiter wind PM at UL.

Thursday still more planable Sulfur.
