There's just no wind in this patttern. Even DC looks poor today.
Maybe a slim chance towards late afternoon on huge formula or Kite
gear.
Tomorrow looks like planable wind at DC and maybe a shot at Grantsville
AM
By Weds, colder North flow, and maybe a chance at UL.
