Question regarding parking at Strawberry...

Is it OK to park along the highway up at Strawberry or are you only supposed to use parking lots or roads that take you off the highway?

the signs along that road say No Parking between certain dates. something like october thru april, but i'm not sure exaclty what the dates are.

the word we have receive from the ranger station is no parking on the road during any possible snow removal requardless of date. And they would like all four tires to be off the pavement. something that is very easy to do currently.
