My first time at Skyline and it was wonderful. The snow was pretty tracked by snowmobiles in areas and windblown in other areas up higher, however there were still areas of powder. Middle of the hill there were a couple areas with bushes showing, but good coverage everywhere else. The wind was a little gusty at noon, one guy said 10 gusting to 23. The Access XC 6m was perfect for these conditions. By afternoon it was steady wind mid to high teens. The Frenzy 10m was the kite of the day. I noticed the snowmobilers were even helping kiters who appeared to be having difficulties. Overall it was a GREAT experience!
