Strong, gusty winds,
Sastrugi on the ridges,
Softer patches lower down.
Not mid season conditions, but nice.

But seriously 44 miles on a kite. Top speed 44mph. Best day of the year for me, mainly because of the company

I don't know how mower was holding his 11m down!!! super fun and fast conditions riding on fresh VELVET with no tracks in site.....up wind toward the cabins was amazing, we rode lots of new terrain enjoying the freedom of the kite! i got tossed and worked more than once!
