Very light to begin with, then it got lighter; mostly slogging even with 9.5m for power. Did get stronger, though, and eventually started serving up gusts that forced me to do some serious sheeting out. Only saw one kite up at DCBB. Better than nothing!

Two kites were up for about 45 min. Very ominous t-head created some great wind but we stayed on the beach in anticipation of a nasty squall which never materialized. Better to be on the beach wishing we were on the water than to be on the water wishing we were on the beach! The cloud cleared and then we kited.

Hey Jim, I've been waiting for the wind to blow ever since I borrowed your board. I don't think we've had more than a gentle breeze since then. As soon as we get some worthwhile wind, I'll give it a try. See you soon, Judy
