Cloud 9 has a full time repair shop dedicated to repairing kites we sell on a priority basis. Kites purchased from other sources can often be fixed but on a lower priority and case by case basis depending on the damage.

Just has someone ask about on hand stock of snow kites, and wanted to mention we do have a great stock of HQ and Ozone snow kites in the shop at end of the season clearance prices... Skyline and Strawberry still going strong, Tom Reynolds put in 100 miles the other day!

Havn't shopped Cloud 9 for quite a while but all I would say is that I was pleased with
the style and level of customer service I recieved from Steve and Staff.
The guys do great kite repairs at a decent price within in a timely manner.
Great local shop for the new guy looking for a new direction in wind sprorts
backed by some serious knowledge and experience.
